Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order,
you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original
packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@hothandgame.com. We will provide return
instructions and the return shipping address after reviewing your request. Please do not send
products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the
wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the
issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund
has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending
on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days before the refund appears in
your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original
product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or altered
after delivery are not eligible for return. Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items (if
offered) are also non-refundable unless required by law.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or
a defective product.
